beautiful hardwood floors, large open living space, and intricate
craftsman woodwork make this place a true gem of architecture. Features
include a private hot tub, outdoor shower, surfboards, beach cruisers,
Wii system, movie collection, games, cozy deck with a daybed, enchanting
front garden, brand new/remodeled kitchen, remodeled bathrooms, and so
much spirit and charm. This place will truly capture your heart.
$500 security deposit in the form of cash, check, or US money order
is due upon arrival.
Cleaning fee: $250
Tax: 14% tax on all rentals under 32 nights.

anywhere from 4 nights to 6 months. We have a variety of different
places that range from quiet bungalows by the beach to sprawling desert
architecturals. We currently have properties in Venice Beach, Santa
Monica, Hollywood, Culver City, Palm Springs, Malibu, and Marina Del
Rey. Each of our properties is unique in style and character. All come
standard with wireless internet, cable television, DVD players, and
luxury bedding. Other unique features include hot tubs, salt water
pools, lovely gardens, and rooftop decks. Some also include eco-friendly
amenities such as bamboo floors, organic cotton sheets, and instant hot
water systems. Most have flat screen TV's and some even come with
personal computers for the guests to use during their stay. If there is
something you require, let us know and we will do our best to find what
you need.
